Join Make Room virtually or in person for a study session on National Security Career Transitions on Wednesday, April 16, from 5:30–6:30 p.m. ET. The session will feature Jacob Stokes, senior fellow and deputy director of the Indo-Pacific Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), and Jasmine Williams, foreign policy partnerships manager for the Government Affairs and Public Policy team at Google. Emma Swislow, senior editor at CNAS, will moderate the panel.
The conversation will focus on managing career transitions during presidential administration changes as well as selling your experiences and navigating work-life balance and timing during career transitions. Our panelists will help address some of the considerations they had to make when they changed jobs or switched industries throughout their careers.
