Shaping the Agenda also marked the release of 9 new CNAS publications on topics including Afghanistan, the role of contractors in conflicts, the limits of U.S. diplomatic and military engagement, the future role of U.S. Special Operations Forces, the U.S.-Indonesian strategic partnership, and Natural Security (the national security implications of climate change, energy, and natural resource consumption).
