The Biden administration is set to enter office facing a daunting set of intelligence, law enforcement, and homeland security challenges. From international cyber threats to domestic terrorism to managing the intelligence community, the world is looking ahead to see how President-elect Biden’s team will prioritize its efforts – and the degree to which Congress will work with it.
To discuss these challenges and their implications for American security, CNAS CEO Richard Fontaine hosted a conversation with Sec. Jeh Johnson, Member of the CNAS Board of Directors and former Secretary of Homeland Security, on November 23, 2020.
Mr. Fontaine and Sec. Johnson were joined by Susan M. Gordon, former Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and Carrie Cordero, CNAS Robert M. Gates Senior Fellow, for an interactive panel discussion featuring live polling and Q&A from the online audience.
