On September 16, 2022, CNAS hosted a virtual event that examined how Russia’s war in Ukraine is changing its approach to the region. The event marked the launch of a new Center for a New American Security report, “Russia in the Arctic: Gauging How Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine Will Alter Regional Dynamics.”
