Experts on the Future of Autonomous Weapons

Dr. Michael Horowitz, associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania, and Mary Wareham, global coordinator for the Campaign to Stop Killer Robots, participated in a CNAS working group to discuss the opportunities and challenges of autonomous weapon systems.
