Research Areas
Caleb Withers is a research associate for the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), supporting the Center’s initiative on Artificial Intelligence Safety and Stability.
Before CNAS, Withers worked as a policy analyst for a variety of New Zealand government departments. He has an MA in security studies from Georgetown University, concentrating in technology and security, and a bachelor of commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in economics and in information systems.
