Mr. Glaeser is a proven senior operating executive and philanthropist with a broad base of experience building and leading successful global organizations. His diverse background includes creating and managing large, medium-sized, and entrepreneurial companies. In the past 10 years Mr. Glaeser has been the principal in over 20 service industry, software and other technology transactions. During the past four years, Mr. Glaeser and local teams have created and developed community based clean water programs in Southwest Haiti and central Honduras. This unique approach trains and employs local teams, as well as sources materials locally resulting in an on-going sustainable regional economic engine (www.gtwater.org).
Prior to co-founding Palladian Capital Partners, Mr. Glaeser spent five years as the President and CEO of Bowne Global Solutions (BGS), the leading global provider of outsourcing services. During his tenure, Mr. Glaeser stabilized and repositioned BGS as an international platform company with operations in over 30 countries. Previously he ran Lucent’s global new product development groups for wireless high-speed data and number portability. His experience also includes establishing several high-tech companies realizing their successful outcomes with an IPO and strategic sale.
His solid consumer package goods background augments Mr. Glaeser’s international business experience with pragmatic problem solving in growing team and community-based organizations.
Mr. Glaeser graduated with a B.S., in Economics and Political Science from Juniata College. He also serves on the Board of Trustees, where he Chairs the Entrepreneurial Studies and is Chair of the Investment Committee at Juniata College. As the Chair of the committee he has implemented a sizeable portion of the endowment following an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investment philosophy.
