Chelsea Guo
Former Intern, Executive Team
Chelsea Guo is the former Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern with the Executive Team at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Chelsea worked as a Research Analyst at the Open Philanthropy Project and a Policy Intern at the Future of Humanity Institute, where she focused on issues related to advanced artificial intelligence (AI), great power politics, and AI global governance.
Chelsea graduated cum laude from Yale University with a M.S./B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology and a B.A. in Political Science, with distinction in both majors. Upon completion of her internship, she will pursue a M.Phil. in Political Theory at Oxford University and complete a dissertation focused on the intersection of emerging technologies, political ideology, and ethics.
