Dr. Andrew Morse

Andrew Morse, PhD, is Assistant to the President for Board and Governmental Relations at the University of Northern Iowa. In that role, Dr. Morse leads the university’s federal policy priorities, which are focused on student access and success, economic and workforce development, and industry innovation. Dr. Morse holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from UNI, and Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in higher education administration and policy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Prior to UNI, Morse served the State University System of Florida and NASPA—Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education in state and federal policy roles.
