Eibhilin Whittemore

Eibhilin Whittemore is a Special Advisor to the West Bank and Gaza Mission of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She is an experienced international development professional specializing in conflict mitigation, strategic planning, and U.S. foreign assistance.
Eibhilin has been with USAID for over seven years, previously serving as the International Cooperation Specialist for USAID's West Bank and Gaza portfolio in Washington, as a Program Specialist on the Religious and Ethnic Minorities team focused on recovery efforts in Northern Iraq post-ISIS, and as Executive Assistant to USAID Administrator Mark Green. She also has worked in the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and the Office of Democracy and Governance.
Eibhilin earned a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Security and Diplomacy and a Minor in Arabic. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Development Studies.
