Frederico Bartels

Frederico Bartels is a senior policy analyst for defense budgeting in Heritage's Center for National Defense. He conducts research, writes and engages audiences on the adequacy, composition, and character of the U.S. defense budget and associated policies and supports the Center’s mission to promote a strong U.S national defense. He previously worked at Concerned Veterans for America and Americans for Prosperity.
Bartels holds a M.A. from George Washington University and a B.A. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, in Brazil and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager.
