Henry Wu
Former Intern, Technology and National Security Program
Henry Wu is a former Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern for the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to CNAS, Henry interned at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), focusing on global supply chains, international trade, and the implications of emerging technologies for human rights and sustainability. He has also coauthored written evidence on topics including digital governance, international security, and human rights to the UN Special Rapporteur on trafficking in persons and the UK Parliament’s International Relations and Defence Committee.
Henry is currently pursuing an MPhil in politics at the University of Oxford, where he studies as a Rhodes Scholar. Henry received his BA in philosophy and political science from The Ohio State University. He is proficient in Mandarin.
