Jessica El-Hosni Pedersen is currently the Middle East and Africa Regional Manager for the Lockheed Martin (LM) International Business Development organization. Jessica is the “voice of the customer”, working with foreign embassies and internationally affiliated organizations to understand and communicate focus countries’ strategies and priorities to LM business areas and engineering.
Prior, Jessica was a Department of State (DoS) Franklin Fellow in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. Jessica led the development of the Functional Bureau Strategy mandated by the Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review. Before joining DoS, Jessica was the Operations Manager for LM Information Systems & Global Solutions (IS&GS), responsible for managing the new business allocation funding and strategy for international pursuits. Jessica also performed as the due diligence business development team lead for an international mergers and acquisition candidate. Prior to this position, Jessica worked in IS&GS Strategy and participated in a TechAmerica Foundation report which provided actionable recommendations to improve the procurement and development of major IT systems.
Jessica holds a MBA with a focus in International Business from University of Maryland-College Park and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
