Julia Arnold
Former Intern, Technology & National Security Program
Julia Arnold is the former Joseph S. Nye, Jr. Intern for the Technology and National Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS).
Prior to joining CNAS, Julia worked as a Junior Research Analyst Intern with the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the United Nation’s specialized agency for telecommunications and information and communications technology. There, she assisted in the production of briefings, content, and background analysis to support technology and development issues relevant to ITU goals.
Julia is a recent graduate from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor's in International Studies with a specialization in Political Science. She also studied global governance at the University of Geneva.
