A career civil servant with the Department of State, Nadine currently serves as the Senior Congressional and Outreach Advisor in the Office of Foreign Assistance where she supports interagency and domestic engagement on the use and impact of U.S. foreign assistance resources globally. Prior, Nadine served as the Director for Lebanon and Jordan at the White House National Security Council from July 2022 to May 2024, where she played a key role in negotiating the historic Israel-Lebanon Maritime Boundary Agreement.

Throughout her Department of State career, Nadine has managed a wide range of economic, development, humanitarian, and security issues, particularly across the Middle East. She served previously in the Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs where she spearheaded the resumption of U.S. foreign assistance to the Palestinian people, and in the Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs’ Office of Assistance Coordination where she directed a $5 billion foreign assistance portfolio and coordinated multilateral negotiations on the 2018 $6.38 billion Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and the Government of Jordan.

Nadine holds an M.I.P.P. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and BAs in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington. She is the recipient of several State Department awards.
