Todd M. Rosenblum

Todd M. Rosenblum is a recognized leader in national security, intelligence, defense, and foreign affairs. He has deep experience across the U.S. Federal Government, Congress and the technology sector. He is a sought-after public speaker, thought leader and author on security matters in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, as well as on decision making, strategy, cyber policy, counter-terrorism and national resiliency. Todd was the IBM Executive for National Security Programs and Strategy, DoD Acting Assistant Secretary for Homeland Defense, and DHS Deputy Under Secretary of Intelligence. Todd served on the Senate Intelligence Committee, as an analyst at the CIA and at the Department of State. He is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
