North Korea’s actions could force US-China cooperation

"I hope North Korea does act up, because it’ll actually drive China and the U.S. to cooperate even more on dealing with North Korea,” said Patrick Cronin, senior director of the Asia-Pacific Security Program at the Center for a New American Security.

Cronin noted that North Korea fired missiles when Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was meeting with Trump in the U.S.
