Investing in a New American Security
Dear Friends,
As 2021 draws to a close, the United States reopens to a world reshaped by the pandemic, security challenges, and economic change. Amid these challenges, the need to develop principled and pragmatic national security policies is greater than ever.
That is why the Center for a New American Security is so vital today. By producing bold and innovative ideas, CNAS draws on its bipartisan team to infuse U.S. national security with the kind of thinking so necessary in today’s world.
To support this critical mission, I ask that you consider donating now to help develop the national security policies of today and tomorrow.
The Center’s 2022 agenda will focus on strengthening American security, including by:
- Sharpening America’s military, economic, and technological edge;
- Deepening U.S. collaboration with allies and partners;
- Countering destabilizing activities by China and Russia; and
- Growing the national security workforce, including among underrepresented communities.
We’ll do all this and more while engaging senior policymakers and Congress, training a new generation of national security leaders, and shaping the debate over America’s role in a changing world.
To do this successfully, we rely on the generous support of our community. Please join our efforts by making a tax-deductible donation to CNAS today.
Thank you for your support of our critical work. It makes all the difference.
Best wishes,
Richard Fontaine
