CNAS Strategy and Statecraft Director Julianne Smith at SFRC's Subcommittee on European Affairs
CNAS Strategy and Statecraft Program Director and Senior Fellow Julianne Smith testified before the SFRC's Subcommittee on European Affairs regarding on transatlantic security challenges. She notes that the NATO and European Union "must correct the mistake they made before the Russian annexation of Crimea and take the time now to outline the various scenarios they may be facing in the not too distant future."
