Perspectives on the FY 2013 Budget Request for Department of Defense

CNAS Senior Advisor and Senior Fellow LTG David Barno, USA (Ret.) testified before the Senate Budget Committee in an open hearing on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. on "Perspectives on the President's FY 2013 Budget Request for the U.S. Department of Defense." Additional witnesses included Dr. Michael E. O'Hanlon, Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution and Dr. James Jay Carafano, Director of The Allison Center for Foreign Policy Studies at The Heritage Foundation.
