Former U.S. ambassador to NATO Victoria Nuland joins Christiane Amanpour to discuss the fallout from Wednesday's summit in Brussels. Dr. Homer Venters from the NGO Physicians for Human Rights then talks about his work documenting crimes committed against Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar.
