Olya Oliker and Paul Stronski join Andrea Kendall-Taylor and Jim Townsend on the latest episode of Brussels Sprouts to discuss recent events across the former Soviet space and what they mean for Russia. Oliker is director of the Europe and Central Asia Program at the International Crisis Group.
