Elizabeth Rosenberg Joins CNN to Discuss U.S. Policy Toward North Korea

The parents of the late Otto Warmbier have filed a claim for the North Korean ship "Wise Honest," which was seized by the United States in May after violating United Nations sanctions. In the aftermath of Australian student Alek Sigley's release from North Korea, CNAS Energy, Economics, and Security Director Elizabeth Rosenberg appeared on CNN to discuss whether the regime will experience any consequences for Otto Warmbier's detention.
