Two Years of North Korean Coal Export Restrictions
Two years have passed since the UN Security Council adopted Resolution 2371, which prohibits North Korea from exporting coal. Yet there has been a big shift in China's imports, as it appears to have purchased a significant amount of coal from North Korea. Ashley Feng joins Voice of America (Korea) to discuss.
